Re: The pleasure of a Good tea
Wed, April 1, 2009 - 9:27 AMI always have a cup going. I live for Earl Grey. When I start to make it I chant the Captain Picard line, "Tea...Earl Grey...Hot!" But I have to limit my jolt so I switch to fruity teas and decaf Earl Grey, which is what is sitting beside me now...Live for tea. My primary and I have almost a competition to see who can offer whom a cup of tea first---Seduction by tea....

Re: The pleasure of a Good tea
Sat, April 11, 2009 - 8:34 PMFor many years, I would make stove teas. I used to do a lot more foraging than now, and so all sorts of local plants would end up in the tea, according to various herb books, plus chai spices and other teas. Then fruit and flowers and pretty soon, we always had stove tea on the stove and hot. I wonder when I stopped doing that..h,mmmm. I guess life took over. But yeah, wow, tea is a great discovery!
